Foods the nicest it’s been since Gary ran the place. Although No.92 crispy beef in sweet pinquant sauce was always my favourite dish from here a few years ago. It’s now soggy and not as nice. I remember one time having it like that when Gary ran the restaurant and he said it is because the chef is meant to fry it twice to make it crispy. Maybe try this in the future as that makes it taste beautiful!! Cheers
